ChemChats are monthly open roundtable discussions on Zoom facilitated by NEACT. ChemChats are aimed at high school and college chemistry teachers but are open to all STEM teachers. Come to share ideas, come to ask questions, or just come for the collegiality.
Our topic for this afternoon is "End of the Year Topics and Activities". What do you do with your students when the AP test is over, or they are already "checked out" for the summer? You can upload/download files at any time from this google.drive folder.
ChemChats are hosted by Sue Klemmer. I am ZOOMING from the coast of Maine, so times are always stated as east coast time. We run 4:00-5:00 pm EST.
ChenmChats generally run the 2nd Thursday of each month from September through June. The June ChemChat will be June 12th and the topic will be "Changes for 2025-2026: things you want to change or are being required to change"
