Teacher Workshop 3/21/20: Modeling as Meaning Making

As one of the eight science practices outlined in the Next Generation Science Standards, modeling is a powerful tool for predicting outcomes and making meaning about science phenomena. Join Museum and fellow classroom educators in creating two-dimensional and three-dimensional models, both individually and collaboratively, to engage in modelling about everyday science phenomena. Bring your best ideas and burning questions about science modeling to this engaging and relevant workshop.
